Move over Timbaland! A new video is poised to dethrone your amazing You Tube views to date.

Timbaland’s “The Way I Are” has amassed an astonishing 83.5 million views on You Tube to date. The song is indeed a good one but it also features three freestylers doing a synchronized routine. It is our firm belief that it is the popularity of Freestyle Soccer that is as responsible for the views as is the quality of the song.

However, a new contender has just emerged. Melanie C (aka Mel C), the former ‘Sporty’ Spice Girl has just released her latest video (“Rock Me”) and, true to her ‘Sporty’ nickname, is featuring four Freestyling Femmes. They are Laura Biondo – Holder of 2 Guinness World Records; Melody Donchet and Sandy Levittas from France along with Kathy Vije of The Netherlands.

Will this new video become the latest worldwide viewership phenom? We are not sure but Mel C is on a great start. To us, this is yet another validation that Freestyle Soccer is indeed moving into the mainstream. Enjoy!
